PUBLICATION: Marketer Magazine
A few months ago I was approached by the Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) to be the featured photographer for their April edition of Marketer! Of course I said yes immediately! What an honor! I have been involved with SMPS, in particular the Los Angeles Chapter, for about 10 years and have loved working with this amazing group of people. Marketer is the SMPS's award-winning bimonthly journal, reporting on current business development and marketing practices, issues, and trends. The front cover features the lobby of one of the SalesForce towers at 350 Mission Street in San Francisco, designed by SOM and constructed by Webcor Builders. The massive 40×70 foot LED display of public art in the lobby is by renowned multimedia artist, Refik Anadol. One of the main points of collaboration with SMPS for this issue was the use of my photography to make a visual connection with the topic of each article. My studio manager and I spent time reading each section carefully and pouring through years of my photography to pick just the right images. After a lot of back-and-forth with the SMPS team, the final draft was sent to the printers and I've been waiting in anticipation for my hard copy to come! This process and collaboration with SMPS was a crazy-awesome experience and I'm extremely thankful for the opportunity to bring to life the April edition of Marketer for SMPS. If you're an SMPS member, this should have already arrived in your mailbox. If you're a non-member, but would love to get Marketer, you can follow this link here to subscribe.
